Why have my teeth changed color over time?

These systems use special plastic trays that snap over the surface of your teeth. You simply apply a thin line of the whitening gel and wear your trays while you go about other tasks. 

At-home whitening is a slower process, but it does allow you to control the brightness of your smile.
